Very professional, knew their business! All our questions were answered. We were never pressured to choose a specific product or even to go ahead with the project after we’d gotten quotes on the different products and installation. They explained very well how everything works in layman terms since we were new to solar. They took care of all the permitting, paperwork, and inspections, which was great. Thanks, Lori! Installers were excellent, kind, courteous, respectful of our property. Very personable, easy to talk to. Got right to work and even finished ahead of schedule, which worked out great for us. Mark, our project coordinator, responds quickly to emails, texting, and phone calls, even now post-installation. Everyone involved was very personable – we feel we gained friends. All this and they are a local company too! Isn’t it great that we have a local company to be able to support! Kelly has put together a great team. We couldn’t be happier.
