Installation and service rate: $60 / hour.

Travel time and mileage rate: Travel time is charged at $30 / hour per technician. Travel mileage is charged at $.75 / mile for a service truck.

Once a system installation is authorized, the payment schedule is as follows:

• 50% of the estimated cost is due prior to ordering materials.
• 20% of the estimated cost is due upon receipt of the major components and start of the installation.
• 20% of the estimated amount is due upon substantial majority completion of each system.
• The final amount is due upon system completion, with all approvals and contracts completed. The final two payments, at our discretion, may be combined.
